Honey is a sweet and semi-liquid made by bees using the nectar from flowers. Honey has been collected for tens of thousands of years by humans, but bees have been producing honey for millions of years. It has the ability to work with any medicine. Honeys use is considered effective in various diseases. Honey is the perfect way to increase sexual potencam. It should also be eaten to maintain sexual ability. Honey enhances a person's memory. It is considered to be equally useful in increasing appetite or curing diseases like cough and constipation. It is considered to be an effective medicine for ulcer patients. Honey has been recognized not only in Ayurveda but also in allopathic medicine as a curative medicine but the honey we eat should not be mixed. There should be pure honey made by bees. It is said that when a drop of pure honey is soaked in water, it reaches the bottom without forming fibers. Similarly, when honey is crushed on a coin and baked in a lighter fire from behind, the honey mixed with sugar burns, pure honey does not catch fire. Pure honey found in the village works as a medicine. Honey reduces fatigue. Do not eat hot water, yogurt or sugar coffee after eating honey during extreme heat.   • Mix two teaspoons of honey and one teaspoon of lemon juice in a glass of lu
  • warm water and take it twice a day to cure cold.
  • In case of runny nose or cold, it is cured by mixing one teaspoon of honey in a glass of hot water at night.
  • Honey and lemon juice mixed in hot water in the ratio of two / one is eaten to cure vomiting, sour belching and high blood pressure.
  • Two teaspoons of honey in a cup of milk while sleeping at night, if consumed daily, increases hemoglobin in the blood and removes weakness.
  • In case of menstrual irregularities in a woman, mixing two teaspoons of honey and half a teaspoon of lemon juice in a glass of water is beneficial in a few days.
  • Mix honey and soaked gram flour in the ratio of two / one and apply it on the face for a few days to reduce dandruff and brighten the face.
  • In case of tonsillitis or sore throat, rinse repeatedly with 125 grams of honey, 25 grams of alum in a glass of water or rinse with two teaspoons of honey, two teaspoons of glycerin, one teaspoon of lemon juice and one teaspoon of ginger juice.
  • Applying honey on the wound as an antiseptic to stop bleeding and heal the wound.
  • Two spoonfuls of seeds taken with two teaspoons of honey in the mouth well chewed a glass of milk at night to eat while sleeping increases sexual power.
  • Honey and glycerin in the ratio of one to one ointment is applied to rough and cracked skin.
  • Grinding roses and mixing honey in it and using it daily makes the lips attractive.
  • Gooseberry and dry ginger's equal portion is rubbed with honey and eaten in a lump, it cleans the stomach and removes constipation.
  • If a student or a person who is mentally tired consumes pure honey, fatigue will decrease and memory will increase.
  • A mixture of one hundred grams of honey, 25 grams of boiled water and 25 percent alcohol or surgical spirit is applied on the face to increase the radiance of the face.
  • After crushing the bean husk, filtering the juice and mixing one and a half teaspoon of honey in a cup of water, drinking it cures diarrhea.
  • A teaspoon of honey and a little ginger juice mixed three times a day to eat dry cough is cured.
  • People with high blood pressure can be cured by mixing equal amount of honey in garlic juice.
  • Put a teaspoon of honey and a little lemon juice in a glass of mild hot water and eat it regularly after waking up in the morning to reduce obesity and make the body strong.
  • Put three or four drops of lemon juice in a teaspoon of honey and apply it on the face daily while sleeping. The face looks bright and attractive.

  1. Eating honey may lead to modest reductions in high blood pressure, an important risk factor for heart disease.
  2. Honey seems to have a positive effect on cholesterol levels and it leads to modest reductions in total and “bad” LDL cholesterol while raising “good” HDL cholesterol.
  3. Elevated triglycerides are a risk factor for heart disease and type 2 diabetes and research show that honey can lower triglyceride levels, especially when used as a sugar substitute
  4. When used to the skin, honey can be part of an effective treatment plan for burns, wounds and many other skin conditions. It is particularly effective for a diabetic, foot and ulcers.
  5. For over one year of age children, honey can act as a natural and safe cough suppressant and some studies show that it is even more effective than cough medicine.
  6. Honey is sweet and semi-liquid made by honeybees. It is low in vitamins and minerals but it may be high in some plant compounds.
  7. Honey contains a lot of antioxidants, including phenolic compounds like flavonoids.
