6. Sometimes foods

Sometimes foods are foods you only eat once in a while and are generally fat, sugary or salty. Any food is good for you at any time. You can eat them at any time. They keep your body healthy and strong. People always think that dietitians are perfect eaters. As if "perfection" could be applied to the way we eat. Of course, dietitians are like you. They strive for balance and look for the right combination of foods "every day" and "sometimes." While there are some foods that we should all keep for rare occasions, there are other foods that are "sometimes" more exclusive foods for one person but not for another. Identifying the foods that should be limited in your diet and knowing when to consume them is a key ingredient to follow an overall healthy diet. ‘Sometimes’ foods include chocolate, confectionary, crisps, chips, fried foods and some cakes, biscuits and pastry items.
