Simple chicken biryani

Simple chicken biryani recipe
- Long grain premier Basmati rice
- 1 ㎏. Chicken
- 5 table spoon yogurt
- 3 table spoon garlic ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon tumeric pouder
- 1 teaspoon red chilly pouder
- 4 pieces medium size red onions
- Salt as required
- Water as required
- little oil
- little ghee
- 2 pieces bay leaf
- 4 pieces cardamom
- 6 pieces cloves
- 8 pieces black peaper hole
- 2 inch cinnamon
- 4 pieces tomatoes
- 2 pieces peeled potatoes
- 2 pieces hard boild eggs
- Fresh mint leaf
- Fresh coriander leaf
How to make simple chicken biryani?
Let's start to make Delicious simple chicken brayani:
- First plan to make a delicious simple chicken biryani and put all the tools to work.
- Wash hands thoroughly with soap and wear gloves in hands.
- Chop tomatoes, slice onions, make a paste of garlic and ginger, keep them aside for later use.
1st step:
let's start the making the chicken-
- Take 1kg chiken and wash under the running water.
- Drain of the water completely and start marinate the chicken, for that put put 5 table spoon yogurt along with ginger garlic paste, some salt, 1 teaspoon tumeric pouder, 1 teaspoon red chilly pouder, fried onion and chopped tomates and mix nicely.
- Take a little oil and put on the pan and hit this on the medium flame.
- Add some ghee and add also 1 inch cinnamon, 1 piece bay leaf, 4 pieces black peaper, 2 pieces cardamom, 3 pieces cloves and 2 pieces peeled potatoes. We let the potatoes cook till then nice and golden brown color.
- Then put the marinated chicken on the pan and nice mix with peeled potatoes.
- Add little bit water and cover it. Cook it on the medium flame until cooking chicken.
2nd step:
let's start to make the rice-
- Take 1kg. premium quality basmati rice and soak in warm water for 10 minutes then wash in cold water until the water run clean.
- Put 4 to 5 litre water on the pan and put some ghee on the water along with the little bit oil and 1 inch cinnamon, 1 piece bay leaf, 4 pieces black peaper hole, 2 pieces cardamom, 3 pisces cloves.
- Add some salt as you needed and wait until boil.
- Put soak rice on the boil water carefully and continue to cook on the high flame till it is 75% cooked. If the water is not sufficient you can sprinkle little hot water.
- After done 75%, turn off the flame and drain the rice. The rice is ready.
3rd step:
- Let's check the chicken. Mix nicely, now chicken is ready.
- Put 2 pieces hard boil eggs, after this put drained rice. Don't press the rice, put everywhere and cover all the chicken. Cover the pan with lid. Make the high flame until 8 minutes then low flame on 2 minutes, then turn off the flame.
Now simple chicken biryani is ready.
